I decided to engage Phil Lee as the Builder for our architect designed, off form concrete house prior to receiving any quote from Phil for several reasons. I recently engaged P and R Lee Builders for major repairs and extension to my “character” home in Auchenflower. I had noted the quality and efficiency of their work on nearby homes.
